FAQ | Create A Candle

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, Cash App, Venmo & Apple Pay. We do not accept cash.

How do I become a seller in the studio?

Send us an email at createacandle301@gmail.com with your name, business, socials and a couple photos of what you sell/make.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, we currently only take reservations.

Is there parking?

There is street parking as well as multiple parking garages nearby.

How long is a session?

Sessions can range in time from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

I am interested in purchasing a custom candle, is that possible without doing a session?

Yes! We can create custom candles by request for 30% off the candle making session cost. Our sessions range from $15-$45 depending on the size of the container chosen.

Can I make more than one candle?

If there are 8 or less people in a session we do allow the option of two candles.

Can I bring my own container?

No, we do not accept outside containers for safety purposes.

Are children allowed?

Sadly, any child under 7 is not permitted to take place in making a candle. Also, anyone under 14 will need direct assistance by us or their guardian.

Are the fragrance oils safe?

When used as directed they are safe to use! They are free of carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other concerning chemicals.

I'm pregnant, can I make a candle?

The oils that we use are free of carcinogens, reproductive toxins and other concerning chemicals. Even with that being said we do recommend you check with your doctor and wear gloves during your session.
